Activities & Tours
Half-Day Tours
Our half-day tours begin in Girdwood and we will travel approximately 30 minutes, and 1000 feet elevation, to the Kenai Mountains, Turnagain Pass Area. We cater to all experience levels from beginners to experts. Your guide will tailor your backcountry experienced based upon the skill and experience of your group.

Helicopter Backcountry Tours
Girdwood Backcountry Guides offer exceptional helicopter tour packages in partnership with Alpine Air Alaska, providing unparalleled access to the pristine backcountry in and around Girdwood. These tours cater to skiers and snowboarders looking to explore the rugged beauty of Alaska's wilderness in a truly unique and exhilarating way.

Full-Day Tours
Our Full-day tours provide more opportunity for an all-encompassing experience. This package opens more terrain and mountain regions to find the BEST snow! We ski the terrain all the time and know where epic skiing is within 1.5 hour drive of Girdwood.
